Taiwan Glass Zhangpu investment project will start construction in November

Taiwan Glass Group is one of the top ten glass manufacturers in the world. In November, 2006, Taiwan Glass Group registered and established Taiwan Glass Fujian Glass Co., Ltd. in Zhangpu, Fujian Province. It is ready to adopt the float glass production technology of British pilton company to build two high-quality float glass production lines with a daily melting capacity of 950 tons. The system can actively launch experiments. It is estimated that each production line can create an annual output value of 500 million yuan
it is reported that Taiwan Glass Fujian Glass Co., Ltd. will mainly produce 2-25mm thick transparent float glass, body colored glass and high-grade coated glass. According to Chen Changjie, deputy director and Secretary General of the plastic Committee of the China Packaging Federation and Secretary General of the Green Packaging Committee of the Shanghai Packaging Technology Association, 0% of these glass products will be exported to European and American countries, and 70% will be sold in the mainland under the auspices of the Shanghai Council for the promotion of international trade
according to the plan, Taiwan Glass Zhangpu project covers a total area of 620 mu, with a total construction area of 340000 square meters.
